The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be trusted to lead projects and represent the business at client level. Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities Manage full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation Lead procurement processes and administer contracts under JCT forms Provide accurate cost reporting, valuations, variations, and final accounts Attend and lead client, consultant, and contractor meetings Support and mentor junior members of the cost management teamSenior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements 5+ years' experience in a consultancy-based QS role Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS accredited) Strong technical knowledge of cost planning and contract administration Experience delivering residential, commercial, or heritage projects Confident client-facing skills and professional communication style MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartershipIn Return Competitive salary between £65,000 - £75,000 Exposure to high-profile, design-led London projects Supportive, professional consultancy environment Clear progression route towards Associate level Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Ongoing CPD and professional development supportIf you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, then please contact Dan McEvoy at Brandon James.
