As a Key Account Manager, you will help deliver a premium service to customers, managing enquiries, producing competitive quotations, processing vehicle orders, and developing strong, long-term accounts. Key Responsibilities Achieve departmental targets and drive profitability through excellent account management Manage inbound enquiries efficiently and produce accurate quotations within agreed timeframes Process vehicle orders accurately in line with customer requirements Build and maintain strong customer and brand relationships Maintain up-to-date product, pricing, and marketing knowledge Ensure accurate customer records and documentation Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise opportunities Resolve customer queries thoroughly and professionally Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations Support stock management and collection of outstanding payments where requiredAbout You You will be confident, driven, and detail-oriented, with a strong customer focus and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
