Project Manager – Cladding & Façades Location: Lancashire Start Date: March / April Rate: DOE (Depending on Experience) Duration: 52 Weeks We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a 52-week cladding and façades contract in Lancashire. This is a significant external envelope scheme requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage works within a live environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and Senior Management Team and will take full responsibility for programme, delivery, and overall project performance. The project comprises a comprehensive external refurbishment package including full cladding replacement/installation works, re-roofing works, balcony installations and upgrades, and associated façade and external envelope elements. The works will be delivered in a live occupied environment, requiring careful planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and strict adherence to health and safety standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring minimal disruption to residents/occupants while maintaining programme and quality objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Full project lifecycle management from pre-start through to completion and handover * Production, management, and regular updating of the master programme * Coordination and management of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to specification * Chairing site meetings and providing structured progress reports to Director and Senior Management * Commercial awareness in conjunction with the commercial team, including change management * Risk management and mitigation planning * Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project Candidate Requirements: * Demonstrable experience delivering cladding, façade, or external envelope projects of similar scale * Proven experience managing projects within live occupied environments * Strong programming capability (MS Project, Asta, or similar) * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid qualifications * Stable employment history with a main contractor or specialist façade contractor preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Project Manager to lead a high-profile external works scheme with potential for further regional opportunities upon successful delivery.
