Full-Time Cover Supervisor – Secondary School, Blandford  Start Date: Immediately Contract: Full-time, long-term until June 2026, with strong potential for extension Salary: £100 – £130 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications) A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded secondary school in Blandford. This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately, running until June 2026, with a strong likelihood of further extension for the right candidate. This role is ideal for individuals with a genuine passion for education and those considering a future career in teaching, offering invaluable classroom experience in a supportive and well-structured school environment. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms during teacher absence, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students remain engaged in their learning. You will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, manage classroom behaviour, and support pupils across a range of subjects and year groups. While lesson planning and marking are not required, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and upholding the school’s high expectations. Confidence, adaptability, and strong communication skills are essential.
