Senior Engineer

Gortmore are working with a leading contractor who are looking for a Senior Engineer on a RC project in the Finchley area. The candidate must: • Have Previous experience working on RC Structures, service/drainage installation, etc. • Must be competent in ordering Rebar and be able to Liaise with designers regarding detailing. • Must have previous experience working with designers. • Monitoring, manage, distribute project information to several site Engineer’s and ensure accurate setting out and dimensional control is being carried out. • Ensure the works are constructed to latest design and agreed Specification. • Ensure Project QA is being carried out and site diary is maintained. • Must be competent in Auto Cad, reading drawings and quantifying/ordering materials such as Concrete, rebar, drainage/earthworks materials etc. • Carry out ITP’s, KPI’s, RFI’s, etc. • Must be competent in Auto Cad and reading drawings. • Have excellent communication skills and in distributing project information to work colleagues. • Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues
