We are working with a fantastic, well-established FE college seeking a passionate and dedicated ESOL Lecturer to deliver high-quality English for Speakers of Other Languages provision to college learners from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging ESOL lessons across a range of levels * Conduct initial assessments and monitor learner progress * Prepare schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum requirements * Support learners in developing English language, literacy and communication skills * Maintain accurate registers and learner records * Contribute to quality assurance and curriculum development * Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion at all times Please note: duties may vary slightly and will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
