This is a desk with real momentum — strong existing client relationships, a warm candidate pipeline, and a leadership team that genuinely invests in its people. The Role You'll take ownership of a specialist Accountancy & Finance desk, managing and developing client relationships across Northern Ireland — from SMEs through to large corporates. You'll be sourcing and placing finance professionals at all levels, from part-qualified through to Finance Director, while driving business development and positioning yourself as a true market expert.
