ESG & Supply Chain Compliance Auditor - Up to £45,000 + company car & fuel card - Scotland Remote work We're recruiting for an experienced ESG & Supply Chain Compliance Auditor to join a well-established Plant Hire business in a fully Remote work position. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified auditor who enjoys autonomy, national travel, and playing a key role in shaping compliance standards across a diverse supplier network. As an ESG & Supply Chain Compliance Auditor, you'll take ownership of supplier audits across the UK, ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental and governance standards while driving continuous improvement. If you hold IRCA Lead Audit qualifications and a NEBOSH General Certificate, this role offers the scope and flexibility to truly make an impact. You'll enjoy: Up to £45,000 salary Company car and fuel card Great pension scheme Life Assurance Healthcare support The option to buy more holiday A fully supported Remote work Key Responsibilities: As an ESG & Supply Chain Compliance Auditor, you will: Conduct detailed on-site supplier audits across the UK Assess supplier operations against internal policies and ESG legislation Produce clear, comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations Communicate findings to internal stakeholders to support risk management Monitor corrective action plans and carry out follow-up reviews Maintain accurate audit documentation in line with regulatory standards What we're looking for: To succeed in this ESG & Supply Chain Compliance Auditor position, you'll need: Full UK driving licence NEBOSH General Certificate IRCA Lead Audit qualification (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Experience in auditing, compliance, or quality assurance The ability to work independently and manage multiple audits A solid understanding of UK H&S and ESG legislation IEMA membership or a Diploma in Health & Safety would be advantageous but not essential.
