Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position Maintenance Electrician Sheffield S6 £41,000 – £43,000 Basic + Overtime + Bonus Monday–Friday | Rotating 2 Shifts (No Weekends) Monday to Friday on working on rotating 2 shift pattern Monday to Friday - 6am-1.30pm and 12-7.30pm. Our client is a well-established engineering manufacturer supplying critical components into highly regulated industries including aerospace, energy and defence. They operate a large-scale industrial facility with complex machinery and continue to invest heavily in equipment, technology and workforce development. The Role Working as part of a skilled maintenance team on a large industrial site, your responsibilities will include: * Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance * Fault finding on PLC-controlled machinery * Installation and commissioning of new plant * Electrical upgrades and continuous improvement work * Shutdown planning and maintenance execution * Inspection, testing and compliance work * Working within permit-to-work and safe systems This is a varied, hands-on role in a heavy manufacturing environment — ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex electrical faults and working on large plant equipment.
