Project Engineer - R&D

Zenith have an exciting opportunity for an experienced R&D Project Engineer to join a leading manufacturer and play a key role in developing next‑generation systems for major global customers. This is a hands‑on engineering role with real influence, international exposure, and full lifecycle involvement from concept to industrialisation. What you’ll do * Drive product development in partnership with Senior Engineers and customer teams. * Translate customer needs into clear technical direction for internal functions. * Lead design quality, validation planning, test coordination and results analysis. * Investigate failures, identify root causes and propose effective solutions. * Support benchmarking, cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement activities. * Travel to customer sites and global company locations when required. Qualifications & Experience Required * Strong understanding of component manufacturing processes. * Degree in Engineering, Business or related field. * CAD/CAE capability and confident data analysis skills. * Excellent communication, adaptability and cross‑functional collaboration.
