Job Description Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to senior executives. * Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team. * Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail. * Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure the efficient management of confidential information and documentation. * Co-ordinating meetings and preparing meeting rooms appropriately. * Oversee office management including, ordering stationary and supplies as needed. * Be the first point of contact for all external vendors, including IT and building maintenance. The Successful Applicant A successful Executive Assistant should have: * Prior experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. * A professional and approachable attitude with attention to detail. * Resourceful and proactive with excellent attention to detail. * Desirable but NOT necessary: proficient in another European language, alongside English.
