General Manager - USA Location: Austin, Texas , USA To lead the next chapter of global growth in the USA of an exciting relevant community focused, founder led Activewear brand As we accelerate our global expansion, we're looking for a General Manager - USA to take full ownership of our growth, brand presence and performance across the United States. This is about building something meaningful in one of the most competitive markets in the world You'll be the driving force behind our US business, leading strategy, community, retail, eCommerce and operations to unlock the next phase of growth. You'll sit at the intersection of global ambition and local execution, making sure we scale with intention, impact and authenticity. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer, will be based out of Austin and acts as the connective tissue between our global teams and the US market. You'll take our global strategy and bring it to life locally - adapting where needed, protecting the brand always, and moving with speed. From retail expansion and eCommerce growth to community activation and operational excellence, you'll own the performance of the region.
