Claims Functional Analyst

Expleo is seeking a Claims Functional Analyst to support a major transformation programme with a leading specialty insurer. You will play a key role in the design and delivery of a new claims management platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring it meets operational, regulatory, and customer‑centric needs across multiple specialty lines. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of specialty insurance claims and enjoys working at the intersection of business operations and technology. Engage with claims SMEs to gather, analyse, and refine business requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support solution design workshops and ensure alignment with claims processes and regulatory obligations. Collaborate with technical teams to validate Dynamics 365 configurations, workflows, and integrations. Conduct functional testing, support UAT cycles, and drive defect triage and resolution. Contribute to data mapping, migration validation, and reporting requirements. Produce high‑quality process documentation and support change management activities. Act as a liaison between claims operations, technology teams, and external delivery partners
