The Role As a Cover Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee classes across various subjects during the short-term absence of permanent teachers. You won't be expected to teach the curriculum from scratch; instead, you will: Deliver pre-set work left by the department to ensure learning continues. Manage classroom behavior effectively, maintaining a focused and safe environment. Support pupils with their tasks and answer any general queries. Ensure the school's behavior policy is followed consistently. What's on Offer? Pay: Competitive rates from £105 - £160 per day (based on experience and scale).
