People Partner (EPR Programme) – NHS – Band 7 (Agency) Contract: Up to 12 months | Full-time Travel required: You must be able to travel across Swindon (GWH), Bath (RUH) and Salisbury Hybrid: On-site 1–2 days per week max (rest remote) Rates: * Day: £31.00/hr * Night / Saturday: £40.00/hr * Sunday / Bank Holiday: £50.00/hr We need an experienced NHS People Partner / HR Business Partner to support a major Electronic Patient Records (EPR) programme. Must have: ✅ Proven NHS HR experience ✅ CIPD Level 5+ (evidence required) ✅ Strong employee relations casework (absence, conduct, grievances, disciplinaries) ✅ Comfortable working in a transformation / programme environment ✅ Able to travel between Swindon, Bath and Salisbury as required Compliance required: CV, DBS, references, CIPD certificate.
