Location – Leicester LE4 Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday Pay: £12.85 – £14.50 per hour About the Role We are looking for an organised and reliable Office / Accounts Administrator / Manager to support the smooth running of our busy nursery. Working closely with the Director/Nursery Manager, you will manage the nursery office and oversee key financial administration. This is a varied role combining office management, accounts work, and parent liaison. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day nursery office operations * Act as first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors * Handle invoicing, credit control, and nursery grant funding * Maintain accurate financial and administrative records * Order supplies and manage office resources * Support HR administration and nursery policies * Assist with events, marketing, and general administration * Handle enquiries and complaints professionally What We’re Looking For * Previous office or administrative experience * Experience with invoicing/accounts and spreadsheets (essential) * Strong numerical and organisational skills * Good communication and customer service skills * Ability to manage confidential information An interest in working within a nursery environment is desirable but not essential.
