Warehouse Supervisor  Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Industry: Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Distribution Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager ready to lead operations in a fast-growing international environment? We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially aware Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of daily warehouse operations, drive KPI performance, and build a high-performing team from the ground up. About the Role As our Warehouse Operations Lead in the UK, you will oversee end-to-end warehouse management, including inbound, storage, picking, outbound and returns. You’ll implement robust SOPs, manage performance metrics, and optimise warehouse space and workflows to ensure operational excellence within cost targets. This is a leadership role where you will manage a team of 4–5 warehouse staff and establish best-in-class operational standards from day one. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & KPI Management Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering: Inbound inspection Storage planning Order picking Outbound quality control Returns processing Monitor and drive warehouse KPIs including: Inventory accuracy rate Operational timeliness Mis-shipment rate Implement 6S site management principles to ensure an organised, safe, and efficient workplace Optimise storage density and warehouse space utilisation to improve productivity and cost efficiency Inventory Management & Space Optimisation Lead quarterly cycle counts and conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve stock accuracy Plan and optimise warehouse functional areas (storage zones, operations areas, dispatch zones) Streamline internal workflows across picking, sorting, and shipping Monitor warehouse capacity and improve storage efficiency through data-driven layout planning Team Leadership & Operational Support Recruit, train, and manage a team of 4–5 warehouse operatives Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Respond quickly and effectively to operational emergencies Coordinate internal resources to maintain business continuity Who We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, or Logistics Operations Manager Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and performance management Experience implementing SOPs and process improvements Solid understanding of inventory control and cycle counting Leadership experience managing small to mid-sized warehouse teams Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment Chinese language skills are Essential, due to consistent daily contact with HQ located in China
