Maintenance Supervisor ( 1 Person Site) – FM Service Provider – Residential Building - Pimilco, Westminster – Up to £50,000 per annum + Overtime   An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management (FM) service provider. This role involves overseeing electrical maintenance operations within a residential building environment. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of a single-person site, ensuring all planned and reactive electrical maintenance tasks are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for a technically strong individual who enjoys working independently while maintaining full operational oversight of the site.   Hours of Work   Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm Key Responsibilities Daily checks, planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems First response to electrical or system faults across the building Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating where necessary Coordinating with mobile support team and on-site contractors as needed Maintaining system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring close-out of all work orders Able to be on call (Call out) Requirements Electrically or Mechanical qualified - C&G Level 2 & 3 Comfortable working solo on-site Proactive and able to problem-solve quickly Confident with automated systems and modern building tech Calm and professional in front of clients and end users Willing to assist in emergencies and flexible when required (rare, but supported)
