Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator Linear Recruitment are partnering with an ambitious Midlands affordable housing company in their search for a Senior Estimator. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a hands-on, growing regional business, contributing to pricing and tendering for new affordable housing developments across the region. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost plans and tender submissions for new projects. Work closely with the land, technical, and commercial teams. Provide cost advice and support during the pre-construction phase. Develop and maintain relationships with supply chain partners. About the Candidate Experience as an Estimator (ideally within residential or social housing development). Or alternatively Civil Engineering/Groundworks  Strong commercial and analytical skills. Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing team environment.
