Job Title: Site Manager Location: York Job Type: Part-Time We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a housing project in Scarborough on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard Managing snagging lists and maintaining quality control Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple trades Excellent communication and organisational skills Linsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
