As a Supply Teacher, you’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity in education, supporting classroom learning, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities Engage and Inspire: Deliver interactive and tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of pupils, creating an engaging and accessible learning environment. Foster Positive Behaviour: Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a focused and respectful atmosphere. Inclusive Learning: Adapt teaching methods to support different learning styles and abilities, ensuring every child feels supported. Individualised Support: Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential. Organised Classroom Management: Effectively manage classroom resources to ensure smooth lesson delivery and maximise engagement. Clear Communication: Maintain strong communication with school staff to ensure continuity and consistency for pupils. Adaptability: Confidently adapt to different school environments and year groups across Hertfordshire.
