BMS Controls Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer with strong expertise in Trend Controls BMS and IQ Vision systems to join a growing engineering team. This is a hands-on role involving commissioning, optimisation, and client handover of Building Management Systems (BMS) across commercial and industrial projects. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality BMS installations, ensuring systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in line with project specifications. Job Responsibilities: * Commission and configure Trend BMS controllers and IQ Vision supervisor systems * Carry out point-to-point checks, I/O validation, and system integration * Create and modify control strategies using Trend SET and IQ Vision * Perform system testing, fault finding, and optimisation * Integrate BMS with HVAC plant, boilers, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and energy meters * Produce commissioning documentation, O&M manuals, and test sheets * Provide client training and technical handovers Experience required: * Proven experience commissioning Trend Controls BMS systems * Strong working knowledge of IQ Vision supervisor platforms * Experience with Trend IQ controllers (IQ3, IQ4 range preferred) * Good understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical plant * Ability to read and interpret schematics and panel drawings
