Mechanical Project Manager

Build Maintain Recruit Limited is partnering with a leading engineering and infrastructure specialist to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to lead high-value, technically complex mechanical building services projects within a secure environment. The Role You will take full responsibility for project delivery from bid through to completion, ensuring: Safety-first culture across all activities On-time, on-budget project delivery Strong commercial performance and margin control Effective risk management and contract compliance Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors High-quality client relationships and stakeholder management About You Proven experience in mechanical building services within construction Previous Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer background Track record delivering high-value projects Strong commercial and leadership capability Recognised mechanical qualification (or apprenticeship) Eligible for UK Security Clearance k.
