Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor London Commercial & Residential Projects Competitive Salary + Package + Structured Development An established, award-winning main contractor with a strong UK and international reputation is seeking an Assistant or Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its growing London team. Operating across high-quality commercial, residential, heritage and mixed-use sectors, this contractor is known for delivering technically complex and design-led projects in prime London locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant or Graduate Quantity Surveyor to gain exposure to prestigious projects while working within a highly experienced and supportive commercial team. The Role You will support the commercial delivery of commercial and residential schemes across London, assisting with cost control and contractual management from pre-construction through to final account. Responsibilities will include: Assisting with procurement of subcontract packages Preparing and reviewing subcontract documentation Supporting valuations, variations and change control Assisting with CVRs and monthly commercial reporting Cost forecasting and budget tracking Supporting final accounts and financial close-out Attending site and client meetings You will work closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of the project lifecycle.
