We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join a hands-on engineering team working on hydrogen-based clean energy solutions. You’ll be directly involved in designing, installing, testing and commissioning real-world electrical systems that support hydrogen production technologies. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll gain practical exposure from concept through to operational delivery. The Graduate Electrical Engineer will: Install electrical systems including wiring, control systems and associated equipment in line with technical drawings and specifications Support the installation and integration of hydrogen production equipment (including electrolysers and compressors) Conduct testing and fault-finding using appropriate diagnostic tools to ensure systems operate safely and effectively Perform routine maintenance, inspections and fault diagnosis on hydrogen production systems Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical regulations, codes and safety standards Support the Fuel Production Engineering Team in the design of site electrical systems The Graduate Electrical Engineer will have: A First-Class degree in Electrical Engineering, General Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals Exposure to practical problem-solving through university projects, placements, internships or personal projects Good communication skills and the confidence to work within a multidisciplinary team A genuine interest in zero-emission technology and clean energy Hands-on experience with renewables, hydrogen systems or fuel cells Experience using engineering software such as AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN This is an opportunity to start your career in one of the fastest-growing areas of engineering.
