Trades Maintenance Supervisor

We are recruiting an experienced Supervisor to join a busy maintenance team delivering reactive repairs and planned works across residential properties. This role will oversee day-to-day responsive maintenance, void properties, and larger planned works, ensuring the right work is delivered at the right time and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage and support operatives across reactive and planned works * Supervise voids, kitchens, bathrooms, and maintenance projects * Audit quality, safety, and performance on site * Survey, scope, and price works using Schedule of Rates * Handle escalations, technical queries, and serious incidents * Support recruitment, inductions, performance management, and investigations * Promote and enforce Health & Safety compliance * Participate in out-of-hours escalation when required Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance (multi-trade environment) * Experience managing responsive repairs and planned works * NVQ (or equivalent) in a relevant trade * Strong technical knowledge across maintenance disciplines * IT proficient (MS Office and job management systems) * Full UK Driving Licence * DBS check required prior to start * SSSTS & Scaffold Inspector (desirable) This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Supervisor looking for a permanent role with progression and long-term stability
