Cyber Security Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Location: Dubai Marina, UAE Salary: AED 15,000 - 20,000 per month + Commission A growing cyber security services provider is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Sales professional to join its Dubai office. This role is suited to someone with a proven background in selling cyber security solutions who can generate new business while also working warm leads provided by the business. The position requires a commercially driven individual who understands cyber security services and can confidently engage mid-market and large SME clients across the UAE. Key Responsibilities Drive new business sales across cyber security managed services and cyber security consulting Proactively generate leads through networking, outbound calling, referrals and market engagement, alongside qualified leads provided internally Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial contact through to deal closure Engage with mid-market and large SME organisations, identifying cyber security risks and proposing appropriate solutions Sell services including managed cyber security services, penetration testing, network security assessments and advisory solutions Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions are commercially and technically aligned Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders Stay up to date with cyber security threats, regulatory changes and market trends within the region Required Experience & Skills Proven experience selling cyber security solutions (essential) Background in managed cyber security services and cyber security consulting Strong capability in new business generation and outbound sales activity Practical understanding of network penetration and penetration testing Experience selling into mid-market and large SME environments Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills Highly motivated, target-driven and able to work independently What's on Offer Competitive base salary of AED 15,000 - 20,000 per month Uncapped commission structure OTE AED 400,(Apply online only),000 per annum Opportunity to join a growing cyber security business with long-term progression Office-based role in Dubai Marina - must already be based in Dubai
