Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading independent construction consultancy are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver high quality quantity surveying services across a range of commercial and mixed-use developments. This Senior Quantity Surveyor role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects and provide professional quantity surveying advice to established clients. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in London and will play a key role within a growing quantity surveying team. The Company? The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a well-established construction consultancy with a strong presence in the London market. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside experienced construction professionals delivering cost management and quantity surveying services across prime developments. This Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity offers exposure to complex schemes and long-term client relationships. The Role As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing projects from feasibility through to final account. The role will include: Preparation of cost plans and detailed budgets Providing full pre and post contract quantity surveying services Contract administration under JCT forms of contract Managing procurement and tender processes Valuations, variations and agreement of final accounts Attending client and design team meetings Mentoring Assistant and Intermediate Quantity Surveyors The Senior Quantity Surveyor? You will be a commercially aware Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong understanding of the London construction market.
