Lift Project Manager Multiple UK Locations £60,000 – £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Full Benefits Package A growing UK lift engineering group is entering a major expansion phase ahead of 2026, supported by a strong national pipeline of secured installation and modernisation projects. As part of this growth, they are appointing an experienced Lift Project Manager to take full responsibility for live installation and modernisation works across multiple sites. The Role You will oversee the full delivery lifecycle of lift installation and modernisation projects, from internal handover through to completion and client sign-off. This is a performance-led role where programme management, commercial control and site coordination are critical to success. Key Responsibilities Managing multiple installation and modernisation projects concurrently Planning works programmes and allocating labour efficiently Delivering projects safely, on time and within budget Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers Maintaining quality standards and technical compliance Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and current lift regulations Attending contractor and client progress meetings Managing variations, documentation and reporting Supporting commercial performance and margin protection This role suits someone with a strong installation background who has progressed into structured project delivery and is confident running multiple live schemes. What They’re Looking For Proven background in lift installation and/or modernisation Previous lift project management experience (essential) Strong technical understanding of passenger and goods lift systems Experience managing multiple live sites Commercial awareness with cost control capability Professional, confident client-facing communication Strong planning and organisational skills Full UK Driving Licence Experience across multiple lift manufacturers will be advantageous.
