A leading coastal fashionwear brand is seeking a motivated and proactive Territory Sales Representative to maintain and grow sales, strengthen retail partnerships, and expand brand presence across the South West of England & Wales. Known for high‑quality weatherproof apparel designed for life by the coast and outdoors, the brand combines practicality with style — and you’ll play a key role in bringing that story to retailers and customers. Territory Sales Representative – South West – Key Responsibilities * To manage and develop retail accounts, drive sell‑in and sell‑through performance, and deliver exceptional in-store execution. This field-based, customer-facing role requires strong relationship-building, commercial acumen, and the ability to represent the brand confidently and professionally. * Visit retailers regularly using an efficient journey plan to present seasonal ranges and secure orders * Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs * Grow market share through strong account management and new business development. Proactively prospect and open new retail accounts * Leverage leads from the head office team and referrals to secure new opportunities * Build productive relationships with store teams, buyers, and key decision makers * Deliver high‑quality in‑store merchandising and product presentation * Provide product training to store teams to boost knowledge and improve sell‑through * Support the performance and development of concession spaces where applicable * Attend trade shows and events, assisting with stand set‑up, customer engagement, and breakdown * Share competitor insights, market trends, and territory updates with the wider team * Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager regarding progress and opportunities * Submit weekly reports in line with agreed formats and deadlines * Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and twice yearly conferences as needed * Support with the collection of overdue customer payments when required Territory Sales Representative – South West – Skills & Requirements * Experience in field sales, territory management, or similar (fashion, outdoor, lifestyle, or sporting goods experience advantageous) * Strong relationship-building and communication skills * Target-driven, commercially minded, and confident presenting products * Highly organised with strong journey planning and reporting discipline * Self-motivated, positive, and comfortable working autonomously * Highly numerate, proficiency in MSOffice
