This role combines account management and new business development, with full ownership of a designated client portfolio alongside responsibility for identifying and securing new commercial opportunities. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for developing and expanding an existing portfolio of commercial and construction-related clients Identify additional revenue opportunities within current accounts, increasing service penetration and overall spend Proactively win new business through networking, referrals, and direct prospecting across the London market Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets Negotiate pricing and renewals with a clear focus on protecting margin Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectationsThis position is relationship-led and requires someone comfortable meeting clients face-to-face.
