Job Title: New Homes Sales Advisor Location: Kent (Developer Site-Based) Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 basic + OTE £60,000 – £70,000 Working Days: Thursday – Monday (5 days per week) About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a leading residential developer across sites in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly for a developer, selling high-quality new build homes and guiding buyers through the journey from reservation to completion. This role is ideal for a confident, target-driven sales professional with proven new build experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion * Conduct viewings and demonstrate show homes to prospective buyers * Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the buyer journey * Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs * Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal departments to ensure smooth progression * Maintain accurate records and reports * Ensure the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest standard * Proactively generate leads and follow up on all enquiries Requirements * Mandatory: Previous experience in new build homes sales * Strong understanding of the property sales process * Proven track record of achieving targets * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach * IT literate and confident managing CRM systems * Full UK driving licence (preferred) What’s on Offer * Competitive basic salary (£28,000 – £34,000 DOE) * Realistic OTE £60,000 – £70,000 * Direct employment with a reputable developer * Strong earning potential * Supportive team environment * Career progression opportunities
