Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA3) responsibilities: Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with SEND Lead intervention and enrichment activities to boost pupil progress Assist with classroom management, resource preparation, and displays Supervise pupils during break times, trips, and extracurricular activities Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents What We’re Looking For Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience in a primary school setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting children’s learning Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures If this is the right role for you, please apply with your CV and we will be in touch to discuss the next steps.
