The Technical Architect Job in Shoreditch, London reports directly to the Directors within a collaborative, non-hierarchical studio environment. Role & Responsibilities * Deliver projects through RIBA Stages 4-7 with full technical responsibility * Produce detailed tender and construction packages including drawings, schedules and specifications * Coordinate consultants and manage information flow across the design team * Lead tender processes alongside Quantity Surveyors * Conduct site inspections and manage contractor queries and RFIs * Administer JCT contracts including instructions and certificates * Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and current legislation * Maintain high standards of technical detailing using ArchiCAD BIM workflows Skills & Experience Required * Minimum 2+ years' UK experience in high-end residential architecture * Proven delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 4-7 * Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge * Experience producing coordinated tender and construction information * Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations * Experience administering JCT contracts * Advanced ArchiCAD skills and BIM coordination experience * Excellent communication skills with clients, consultants and contractors * Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines * Eligibility to work permanently in the UK Salary & Benefits * £45,000 - £50,000 * 20+ days annual leave plus bank holidays * Additional day off for your birthday * Flexible working hours with a trust-based culture * Profit-sharing bonus scheme * Training and professional development budget * Regular team socials and monthly lunches * Shoreditch, London office location with a collaborative studio environment Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
