Position: HV Grid Integration Project Manager Locations: * Kent * Yorkshire * Stafford Overview The organisation delivers major high voltage infrastructure projects across the UK including AIS/GIS substations, transformers, offshore wind grid connections and converter substations. These roles will oversee the delivery of grid‑integration projects ranging from 33kV to 400kV supporting national energy infrastructure upgrades. You’ll lead multi‑discipline teams, manage NEC contracts and ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to specification. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery * Lead the full project lifecycle for HV infrastructure projects (33kV–400kV). * Deliver works involving AIS/GIS substations, transformers, and grid‑connection assets. * Coordinate engineering, civil, installation, and commissioning teams. NEC Contract Management * Manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including EWN, CE processes, and contractual communications. * Monitor project budgets, risks, commercial performance, and variations. Stakeholder Engagement * Liaise with DNOs, TSOs, renewable energy developers, and Tier‑1 contractors supporting national grid upgrades. * Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Technical Oversight * Ensure compliance with technical standards for HV equipment (AIS, GIS, transformers, converter stations). * Supervise site works, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation. Health, Safety & Quality * Promote high safety standards across HV environments. * Ensure CDM, quality procedures, and statutory compliance are followed
