The Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established accountancy practice in Kingswinford who are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their team. This is a hands-on role supporting the practice with day-to-day accounts and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities * Assisting the team with daily accounts and office tasks * Purchase ledger processing (essential) * Basic bookkeeping duties * Answering incoming telephone calls and handling general enquiries * Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider team as required Requirements * Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar role * Purchase ledger experience is essential * Strong administrative background * Confident using Microsoft Excel and Outlook * Experience using DEXT and Xero is desirable but not essential * Well organised, reliable, and able to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently Additional Information * Fully office-based role in Kingswinford * Supportive team environment * Full-time, permanent position Hours: 9am - 5pm with flexibility for the right person
