Quantity Surveyor – Chancery Lane - MEP Projects Quantity Surveyor opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to step up — this Quantity Surveyor role suits a confident Quantity Surveyor who wants to be the lead Quantity Surveyor in a growing business. I’m recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor with minimum 5 years post-graduate experience to join a company working on MEP and refurbishment projects across London. You’ll be the sole QS, reporting directly into the Managing Director and Operations Director. Duties include: * Full commercial & financial responsibility of projects * CVRs, placing orders, managing contracts * Working closely with very commercially astute PMs * Supporting and working alongside an Assistant QS What’s on offer: * £65,000 – £75,000 salary * Genuine progression in a business growing year on year * Real responsibility in a company still in its infancy A great role for someone who wants influence, visibility, and proper career growth
