Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator / High OTE

We’re recruiting Patient Coordinators on behalf of the UK’s #1 Rated Plastic Surgery Group on Trustpilot. This is a sales-led, commission-driven role built for ambitious individuals who want to significantly out-earn a standard salary. With strong inbound lead flow and a proven commission structure, top performers can realistically earn £70,000+ per annum. You’ll report directly to the Sales Director and play a key role in converting patient enquiries into consultations and booked procedures across high-value surgical treatments.
