Mechanical Lead – Data Centre Project (Portugal) €80,000 – €115,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + €1,000 Net Living Allowance Location: Portugal Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent The Mechanical Lead will take full responsibility for the mechanical construction scope on a major data centre campus, overseeing delivery from installation through commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities * Lead mechanical construction activities across the full project lifecycle. * Manage subcontractors, vendors, and direct labour. * Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme, and to quality standards. * Coordinate closely with electrical and commissioning teams. * Support testing, commissioning, and client handover activities. Skills & Qualifications * Strong mechanical engineering or trade background. * Experience delivering large-scale mechanical packages on data centre or industrial projects. * Proven leadership capability in site-based environments.
