Commissioning Lead (Electrical) – Data Centre Project (Portugal) (x2) €85,000 – €105,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + €1,000 Net Living Allowance Location: Portugal Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent We are seeking experienced Commissioning Leads with a strong electrical background to join a long-term, 7-year hyperscale data centre programme in Portugal. This is a senior role with responsibility for the full commissioning lifecycle on large, technically complex facilities. Key Responsibilities * Take full ownership of the electrical commissioning scope from pre-commissioning through IST and final handover. * Develop and manage commissioning strategies, schedules, and execution plans. * Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, design, and client teams. * Manage specialist commissioning subcontractors and vendors. * Lead energisation activities and integrated systems testing. * Ensure systems meet performance, safety, and quality requirements. Skills & Qualifications * Electrical engineering background essential. * Proven experience delivering commissioning on data centre or mission-critical projects. * Demonstrated longevity with current and previous employers preferred. * Strong leadership and coordination skills.
