Health & Safety Manager – Data Centre Project (Finland) (x2) €70,000 – €85,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + €1,000 Net Living Allowance Location: Finland Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent The Health & Safety Manager will play a critical role in managing day-to-day H&S operations on a major hyperscale data centre build. Working for a highly respected mission-critical contractor, you will support safe delivery across multiple work fronts and subcontractor packages. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily Health & Safety activities across designated areas of the project. * Ensure subcontractors comply fully with site safety standards and procedures. * Conduct regular audits, inspections, and toolbox talks. * Support construction management with safe work planning and sequencing. * Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. * Ensure effective implementation of permit-to-work and isolation systems. * Provide regular reporting to the Health & Safety Lead. Skills & Qualifications * 6+ years’ experience in construction Health & Safety on complex projects. * Strong understanding of high-risk construction activities. * NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
