EHS Lead | Finland | €120,000–€130,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,000 Net Living Allowance We’re seeking an experienced EHS Lead to join one of Europe’s most established data centre delivery specialists, supporting large-scale, technically advanced construction projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role overseeing the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function for a major data centre project in Finland, ensuring the highest safety standards are achieved and maintained across all phases of design, construction, and commissioning. The Role * Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety activities on-site, promoting a proactive and positive safety culture. * Ensure full compliance with company EHS policies, local legislation, and project requirements. * Manage and mentor the site-based EHS team, ensuring consistent implementation of safety standards. * Oversee risk assessments, method statements, and Safe Systems of Work documentation. * Conduct audits, inspections, and training sessions across all project teams. * Liaise directly with the client and main contractor, ensuring alignment on all EHS expectations. * Monitor and track corrective actions, ensuring prompt close-out and reporting. * Drive continuous improvement through regular review of processes and procedures. About You * Degree-qualified in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field. * Minimum 8+ years’ EHS leadership experience on large-scale construction or engineering projects. * Proven track record in data centre, pharma, or industrial environments. * Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. * Knowledge of European EHS legislation and best practices. * Familiar with BIM360 Field, ISO45001, and integrated management systems. * EU passport required and open to rotational work in Finland.
