Mechanical Project Manager – Central London £100K–£110K + Accommodation + Travel + Benefits We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading MEP contractor delivering a major landmark commercial development in Central London. This is a high-profile project that combines cutting-edge design, sustainability, and advanced building services — offering an exceptional opportunity to lead one of the most technically complex mechanical packages in the capital. Key Responsibilities: * Take full responsibility for the mechanical package delivery on a large-scale commercial project. * Oversee all phases of the project from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. * Manage mechanical services including HVAC, public health, and specialist systems. * Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve key milestones. * Lead project teams, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. * Monitor budgets, progress, and performance — ensuring project targets are achieved. * Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers and site teams. Requirements: * 10+ years’ experience in mechanical project or contract management. * Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use MEP projects (£10M+). * Excellent technical knowledge of mechanical systems and compliance standards. * Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. * Right to work in the UK.
