Associate Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre – Frankfurt Location: Frankfurt, Germany Salary: €130,000 - €140,000 + Benefits + Hybrid Working We’re working with a leading global consultancy delivering high-profile projects across data centre, industrial, and life sciences sectors. With continued European growth, they’re seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Frankfurt team. They provide full project life-cycle support across design, cost management, and delivery — working on major hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. Key Responsibilities * Lead commercial and cost management on data centre projects across Europe. * Provide detailed cost planning, estimation, and procurement advice. * Manage pre- and post-contract duties, including tender evaluation, change control, and reporting. * Support business objectives of delivering value for money and project efficiency. * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery. * Mentor junior team members and contribute to developing client relationships. * Ensure compliance with corporate HSEQ and contractual standards. Requirements * Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related discipline. * MRICS or working toward professional membership. * Proven experience delivering data centre, mission critical, or large commercial projects. * Strong understanding of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. * Experience gained within a consultancy, client-side, or Tier 1 contractor environment. * Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. * Fluent in English; German language skills beneficial.
