Warehouse Operative Location: Heathrow / Feltham / Colnbrook Area Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Available (Rostered Pattern or ADHOC) We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s operation in the Heathrow area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy industrial warehouse environment where efficiency, accuracy and teamwork are essential. You will be working on a rotating day or night shift within a fast-paced cargo handling operation, supporting the safe processing and movement of goods. Shift Schedule: * Various patterns * Days and nights Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include: * Unloading inbound shipments safely and efficiently * Loading and unloading parcels weighing between 20kg and 30kg * Organising, controlling and maintaining accurate inventory * Packing goods securely to ensure safe transport * Weighing and labelling packages accurately * Ensuring all packages are correctly identified and routed to their destination * Securing cargo in line with operational and safety procedures * Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment * Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and hardworking team * Always adhering strictly to company policies and Health & Safety procedures. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: * Be eligible to live and work in the UK * Have previous warehouse experience * Hold a valid DBS certificate * Be able to provide a fully checkable 5-year employment history * Be physically fit and capable of manual handling duties (20kg–30kg parcels) * Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Be able to speak, read and write English * Be safety-focused with the ability to maintain a secure working environment. You should also demonstrate: * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Good organisational abilities * A proactive and positive attitude * Reliability and flexibility to work day or night shifts * A willingness to contribute to improving warehouse processes.
