Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home Burnley | £51,500–£53,000 + £7,500 welcome bonus | Full Time Are you ready to lead a nurturing, safe, and inspiring children’s home? We’re seeking an experienced Registered Manager to make a real difference in young people’s lives. Key responsibilities: * Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care. * Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and high standards. * Safeguard young people and work with professionals to achieve positive outcomes. * Manage budgets, resources, and a supportive home environment. * Drive continuous improvement and uphold the home’s values. You’ll need: * Proven experience in children’s residential care management. * Strong knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation. * Leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Workforce and Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willing to achieve). * Full UK driving licence.
