Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home Preston | £51,500–£56,000 + £7,500 welcome bonus | Full Time Lead, inspire, and make a difference! We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to run a nurturing children’s residential home. Your role: * Lead a motivated team to deliver high-quality care. * Safeguard and support young people to achieve positive outcomes. * Ensure compliance with regulations and manage budgets and resources. * Drive improvement and maintain a warm, safe, and supportive home. You’ll need: * Proven residential care management experience. * Strong safeguarding knowledge. * Leadership, organisational, and communication skills. * Relevant qualifications (Level 3 & 5 in Children’s Workforce/Leadership) and a full UK driving licence.
