Level 2 Teaching Assistant - KS2 Intervention Support

Aspire People are recruiting a confident and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in North Manchester. This role will focus on supporting pupils in Key Stage 2, particularly those requiring targeted intervention in Maths and English to close attainment gaps. The Role: Delivering small group booster sessions in preparation for assessments Supporting pupils with differentiated classwork Working 1:1 with pupils who require additional academic support Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to the class teacher Supporting behaviour management and maintaining a focused learning environment We Are Looking For: A Level 2 TA qualification (essential) Experience supporting KS2 pupils within the last two years Confidence delivering structured interventions Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum Strong communication and teamwork skills What You Can Expect: Stable long-term placement Supportive senior leadership team Competitive rates of pay Opportunities to progress into Level 3 or HLTA roles This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 2 TA looking to make a measurable impact on pupil progress.
