Groundworks Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Location: Suffolk Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Package Start Date: ASAP Clearfield Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established Suffolk-based Groundworks contractor, operating predominantly within the residential sector alongside a growing commercial division. Our client is looking to appoint either: Groundworks Estimator Groundworks Quantity Surveyor Or an experienced professional capable of managing a hybrid Estimator/QS role They are open to considering candidates for either individual positions or a combined role, depending on experience and capability. Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent): Estimator: Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for residential and commercial groundwork packages Reviewing drawings and specifications Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Managing the tender process through to submission Quantity Surveyor: Cost control and budget management Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts Subcontractor procurement and management Commercial reporting and forecasting What's on Offer: Competitive salary (dependent on role & experience) Company car / car allowance Pension Full benefits package Long-term opportunity with a reputable and growing local contractor This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, expanding groundworks business with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects. 📅 Immediate start available.
