BMS engineer


BMS engineer - Northwest £45,000 - £55,000 Due to rapid expansion our client is currently looking for multiple BMS engineers to join their team. The company offers the complete package from initial commissioning followed by routine servicing up to the point of retrofit across new build contracts which can include schools, hospitals and other commercial/industrial environments across the Northwest. The chosen candidate will be predominantly responsible for commissioning duties with some service work initially, progressing into a more varied work schedule in future. Our client will consider people that are either service/maintenance or commissioning bias. Job Description Commissioning of BMS systems, predominantly Trend systems but could include systems by Freemans, Siemans, etc… Routine service and maintenance Assist in the training of junior members of staff Working on smart controls to manage lighting, refrigeration, plant rooms, and any other specialist equipment Fault finding Understand the control panel design, manufacture and testing Requirements 2 years experience in a similar role Experience Servicing & maintenance of BMS systems and/or Commissioning BMS systems Specifically experience and knowledge of Trend systems (preferred) Ability to modify BMS strategies Be able to work independently and as part of a team Degree/HNC/ONC (advantageous) Benefits 25 days holiday + banks Bonuses Car or vehicle allowance Training and progression If you are interested in this role or looking for something similar, please contact our Consultant Max Hooper directly at or call them for a confidential discussion on (phone number removed) or (url removed) If you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.
